Overview
JFKL Store is a Point of Sale and Inventory Management System designed for sari-sari stores, enabling efficient inventory management, sales processing, and report generation to simplify daily store operations.
I led the development team throughout the project lifecycle — coordinating tasks, ensuring timely delivery, designing the overall system architecture, and distributing development responsibilities among team members.
I built backend and frontend modules using Laravel, implementing product management, inventory tracking, sales processing, and transaction management. I also built reporting functionalities to monitor sales and inventory activities. Git workflows, code review, and integration issues were all managed through the delivery cycle.
